How AI credits work
Each time the AI writes or checks something for you, it uses credits. More powerful models, and more thinking, use more. Here's what each request uses at the Medium thinking level:

Low thinking uses about ร0.6 these credits, High ร1.75 and Extra high ร3.5, always at least 1. You choose the model and thinking level in the editor, within your plan.
Editing by hand, switching designs and downloading never use AI credits.

How do I pay?
With PayPal, or a debit or credit card in PayPal's window. We never see your card details.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time, in two clicks under Plan and account (or in PayPal). PayPal won't charge you again, and you keep your plan until the end of the month you paid for.
Do you give refunds?
No: payments, including credit packs, aren't refunded, because what you buy starts straight away. Try everything on the Free plan first. If you're ever charged twice by mistake, we'll put it right.
Do bought credits expire?
No. They stay in your account until you use them, on any plan.
What happens to my CVs if I stop paying?
They stay in your account. You move to the Free plan, and designs outside it need an upgrade before you download them.
Can I switch between Plus and Pro?
Yes. PayPal asks you to approve the new price, the new plan starts straight away, and the new price is charged from your next payment.
