All payments are final: we don't give refunds. You can cancel any time, in a couple of clicks, and keep what you've paid for until the end of the month.
Cancelling
Cancel under Plan and account (Cancel subscription), or in your PayPal account under automatic payments. PayPal won't charge you again. You keep your plan until the end of the month you've paid for, then move to the Free plan. Your CVs are kept.
No refunds
- Your plan's features start as soon as you pay, so subscription payments, including the first one and every renewal, aren't refunded, in full or in part.
- Credit packs are one-off payments and aren't refunded, whether or not the credits have been used.
- Cancelling stops future payments; it doesn't refund the month you're in. You keep your plan until that month ends.
- Try everything on the Free plan first, so you know what you're paying for before you upgrade.
- Billing mistakes are put right: if you're charged twice for the same thing, we return the extra payment.
- Nothing here takes away rights that consumer law in your country gives you and that can't be waived.

Free plan
The Free plan (2 CVs, 10 AI credits a month) costs nothing, so there's nothing to cancel or refund.
